Terms of service

How Rynetra and our clients work together, plainly stated.

Our agreement

When you engage Rynetra, you're entering into a working relationship focused on creating digital value for your business. This agreement outlines what that means. We work on a project or ongoing basis, depending on what you choose. Either way, the goal is the same: build something that works for your business and keeps working over time.

What we provide

Rynetra delivers digital systems designed to improve your business credibility, clarify customer journeys, and support growth. This includes strategy, design, implementation, and ongoing support. We don't sell tools or platforms. We sell outcomes. Our work is built to be reliable, maintainable, and scalable as your business grows.

We provide what's outlined in your project scope. If you need something beyond that scope, we'll discuss it separately. We don't include unlimited revisions or open-ended work. We work in defined phases with clear deliverables.

Your responsibilities

For our work to succeed, you need to provide timely feedback, necessary information about your business, and clear direction on decisions. Delays on your end will affect timelines. We'll keep you informed of any impacts. You're responsible for providing accurate content, images, and any third-party materials you want included. You confirm you have the right to use everything you give us.

Payment and timing

Payment terms are outlined in your project agreement. Invoices are due within the timeframe specified. Late payments may delay project work. For ongoing support packages, payment is monthly and must remain current for services to continue. We accept standard payment methods and will confirm details before starting work.

Project timelines depend on scope, feedback speed, and approval cycles. We'll provide a realistic timeline upfront. Delays caused by slow feedback or decision-making will extend the timeline. We're not responsible for delays caused by factors outside our control.

Changes and cancellation

If you want to change the project scope, we'll discuss the impact on timeline and cost. Significant changes may require a new agreement. You can cancel ongoing support with 30 days notice. Cancellation doesn't refund past payments. If you cancel a project mid-way, you're responsible for payment up to that point. We retain ownership of our work process and methodology. You own the final deliverables.
